(1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, other national and international news agencies may, with the approval of the Government of Nepal, to collect news within ……………40 Nepal and transmit the same to foreign countries.
(2)41 The news agencies as referred to in Sub-section (1) may sell and distribute their news within……………42Nepal, only through the news agencies established pursuant to the prevailing laws and the Government of Nepal.
